If your ZEN Portable Media Center (ZEN PMC) is not being used regularly, check
the battery status and charge as necessary at least once every 30 days.
If your player is not in use for more than 30 days, we recommend that you
remove the battery from the player.
If your player can not power up after the unit is left unused for a period
of time, you can try to reset the player. To reset a player, gently push a
pin-like object (for example, a straightened paper clip) into the reset hole,
press gently and remove.
